On an old fishing boat 50 miles off Libya, carrying 561 migrants attempting to get to Italy, an Eritrean man is commanded to stay below the deck where he was packed with over 200 men in slave-ship like conditions. The migrants were rescued by the NGO, Migrant Offshore Aid Station ship after they received a distress call saying the migrant boat was taking on water and in imminent danger of sinking.
